Well… It’s nice to see Bosh is back to his dominating all star Toronto Raptors days. Having a career night (one I’m positive he’ll never forget), he somehow managed to drop 30 points and 9 boards.
So with the Heat’s often questionable 3rd member of the “big 3” racking up 30 points, the Heat must have dominated right? WRONG. LeBron and Wade were virtually shut down the entire game by the likes of Luol Deng and Taj Gibson. They combined for a gross 12-32 from the floor for a total of 33 points.
Here’s the thing… it’s not going to be easy, but the Bulls are going to win this series for a couple of reasons. First, Chicago’s Defense is filthy. Luol Deng showed he can use his Length and athleticism to force Lebron into tough shots. And Taj Gibson clearly showed he can make Wade his bitch on both the defensive and offensive end.
Hahaha….Facial Lafleur! Total Facial!
In all seriousness though, both LeBron and Wade are going to get theirs in this series because contrary to Game 1, they’re basically unstoppable on offense. That being said, the Bulls are still going to drop the Heat just like an Ocho-Cinco rag doll. Why?
THEY GOT HEART!!! Joakim Noah, Taj Gibson, Ronnie Brewer, Omer Asik… Nothing more than average, to less than average, to how did you even make the NBA (who the hell is Omer Asik?) players. But with this Bulls team, led by the play first Derrick Rose – they make it work. They got chemistry. The Bulls are young, fearless and have nothing to lose. I would love to see some kind of loose ball or hitting the floor stat. I swear every time the ball was rolling on the floor or being slapped around in the air for possession I saw Noah’s greasy ass hair whipping around left and right as well as three red jerseys diving head-over-heels. The Heat on the other hand, well they were lucky to get a half-assed reach from Bosh. This way he could make it look like he was trying, while really he was too scared for any kind of actual physical contact.
Prediction: Look for the overall less “talented” Bulls to pull this series out in 6-7 because of their Toughness.
P.S. – Bosh’s incredible ability to dominate… for years for a terrible team… and in Game 1 for a terrible Loss…coincidence? I don’t think so.
